DIVIETO DI FUMO

E' severamente vietato fumare all'interno dell'appartamento. E' consentito nelle aree esterne.

RISPARMIO ENERGETICO

Spegni le luci quando esci di casa. Non lasciare accesa l'aria condizionata quando non sei in appartamento.

OSPITI REGISTRATI

Non è consentito il soggiorno in appartamento a persone non registrate.

BUON VICINATO

Mantieni un comportamento tale da non recare disturbo agli altri residenti dello stabile. Evita schiamazzi, trascinamento di mobili e rumori molesti dalle ore 14:00 alle 16:00 e dopo le ore 23:00.

DANNI

Segnala eventuali danni arrecati all'interno dell'appartamento, per i quali potresti essere ritenuto responsabile. In tal caso, l'importo potrebbe essere trattenuto dal deposito cauzionale.

ALIMENTI

Per questioni di igiene e in un'ottica anti spreco, in appartamento non sono presenti generi alimentari di prima necessità. Ti informiamo che, per motivi di sicurezza, e stando al regolamento condominiale, non è possibile utilizzare il barbecue.

ESTINTORI

Si ricorda ai gentili ospiti che la manomissione degli estintori rappresenta un reato perseguibile per legge e obbliga pertanto, la società, alla denuncia dell’accaduto alle competenti autorità giudiziarie. Oltre alla pericolosità delle schiume, che costituiscono elemento nocivo per la salute di chi ne potrebbe venire investito, la manomissione o l’uso improprio rappresentano un costo che vi sarà interamente addebitato e una violazione delle norme sulla sicurezza cui tutti dobbiamo fare rispettoso riferimento.

 

SMOKING BAN

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. It is allowed in the outdoor areas.

ENERGY SAVING

Turn off the lights when you leave the house. Do not leave the air conditioning on when you are not in the apartment.

REGISTERED GUESTS

Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay in the apartment.

RULES OF GOOD NEIGHBOURLINESS 

Behave in a way that does not disturb other residents of the building. Avoid making noise, dragging furniture and making annoying noises especially from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and after 11:00 PM.

DAMAGES

Report any damage caused inside the apartment for which you will be held financially responsible, after deducting the amount of the security deposit costs.

FOOD

For hygiene reasons and in an anti-waste perspective, there are no basic foodstuffs in the apartment. It is not permitted to use barbecues.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER

Guests are reminded that tampering with fire extinguishers is a crime punishable by law and therefore requires the company to report the incident to the competent judicial authorities. In addition to the danger of foams, which are harmful to the health of those who may be hit by them, tampering or improper use represents a cost that will be entirely charged to you and a violation of the safety regulations that we must all respectfully refer to.
